Well, I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there at the Hotel and in the Kerrville area.

The accomodations were superb.  The room was clean and very large and the King bed was a welcome treat.  The atmosphere of the property was very peacefull and laid back.  The staff were courteous and helpfull and the complimentary breakfast was probably a better breakfast than we could have found at a local restaurant.

Thank you for  making my first Anniversary with my wife a very special weekend.

I wanted to take the time and say a few lines to your staff concerning my recent stay.
The Room was too clean and quiet. The King size bed was too big and comfortable. The Shuttle was too prompt. Other than those it was “Absolutely Wonderful”.

The staff members were very hospitable. I was attending a conference at a different center that was overbooked. Ya’ll were able to accommodate. May thanks to Mrs. Irby and Steve. (I apologise for not getting everyone’s names.)

If I may, “For anyone looking for a true “Texas” rustic stay and hospitality, don’t go any further. The Y.O. Resort Hotel is more than just candid pictures on the website.

On behalf of the Texas Elks State Association I would like to take this opportunity to express what a privilege it has been to hold our annual Fall Conference at the YO Hotel. For the past three years we have brought approximately 500 members and spouses to Kerrville and your hotel. Each year you and your staff have handled our group with ease. The meeting rooms were set up with amazing speed and accuracy. The ballroom was set beautifully for our dinners and the food is always excellent. Your chefs and wait staff are truly top notch.

The grounds are nice and décor is so elegant. The French doors leading out of the rooms to the grounds are a very nice touch. The beds are comfortable and relaxing. Although we never really saw your maid service we always came back to amazingly clean and prepared rooms. Many of our members have expressed how much they have loved coming the YO Hotel and plan to return for vacations.

It has been great planning our conventions with your personal assistance. Your experience and knowledge is both amazing and very appreciated. It has been a pleasure working with you and I look forward to future events.

On behalf of the Kaiser/Frazer Owners Club, I would like to commend the job the entire staff did for our group when we held our 52nd National Convention at the Y.O. Ranch Resort Hotel during the June 20th through 25th of this year.

From the front desk staff to the management to the banquet crew, all of our needs were met in a very prompt and professional manner throughout the entire week we were there.

We were also very pleased regarding the section of the parking lot which was reserved for us to display our cars in and that we were allowed to set up chairs and tents so everyone could stay cool during the week.
The meeting room accommodations, food and food service could not have gone better. The staff was very observant before and during each meal and meeting we held at the hotel.

We will definitely keep your hotel in mind for future gatherings and make certain to tell other antique car clubs about the positive experience which we had there.

As a non-profit executive who plans five meetings a year from 20 to 200 people, I have a great appreciation for the staff at the YO Ranch Resort. We have used this lovely hotel for the past three years for both our intimate Great Teaching Round-Up and high maintenance Leading from the Middle conferences – both under 100 people.

Fay Faure and Mo Poorman are a joy to work with “behind the scenes” and I enjoy the internal knowledge the hotel’s staff has of our organization that makes each year’s event easier to plan and more successful than the last. Three years of bills have been perfect. I value the YO’s attention to detail.

TCCTA’s Great Teaching Round-Up runs without my direct supervision. I leave a box of supplies and my cell phone number for four facilitators. The hotel’s commitment to doing what is said it would is vital to my conference’s success. The YO Ranch Resort staff takes excellent care of my volunteer facilitators, handles any hiccups with grace and a telephone call to me. I have never felt anxious or been caught by surprise.

Each year, I pass along my attendee’s comments about the facilities and services specific to the YO and each year the hotel responds with improvements or suggestions. My faculty and administrators frequently comment on their love of Kerrville, the beauty of the conference rooms, the friendliness of the staff, and their excitement for the comfort food!
It is a pleasure to work with the staff at the YO Ranch Resort and Kerrville, Texas is a lovely place to be.

Eleven of us Minnesotans stayed at the Y O Ranch Hotel in March 2011! We trailered our motorcycles from MN to TX for our winter get-away, so glad we did internet checking and found the Y O Ranch Hotel.  We really had no idea what to expect by just looking on the internet.  What we did get was soooo much more. The staff was great; the food was great, the rooms and the hotel were so very clean! We had a great stay! Thank you from Minnesota!
